Welcome to Arvio ("Arvio", the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). Arvio is an AI-powered merchant operations app for Shopify merchants that helps merchants analyze store data, answer business questions, generate recommendations, create and run tasks and workflows, and improve store operations over time.This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and otherwise process information when merchants install, authorize, access, or use Arvio.Arvio acts as a service provider to merchants in connection with the features of the App. We process information only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the App, and in accordance with the features, settings, instructions, approvals, or configurations enabled by the merchant.By installing or using Arvio, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect and Process

When a merchant installs or authorizes Arvio, we may access certain store data through Shopify APIs, platform features, webhooks, extensions, and related systems, to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the App's enabled features.

1.1 Customer and Prospect Data

Depending on enabled features, this may include:

• Name, email address, phone number, physical address
• Customer tags and segmentation information
• Order history and purchase records
• Customer records related to marketing, repurchase analysis, or operational analysis

We use this information to provide customer insights, segmentation, personalized marketing recommendations, retention and repurchase analysis, and other customer operation features enabled by the merchant.

1.2 Device and Activity Data

• Approximate geolocation derived from IP address
